Illinois House Republican Leader Tom Cross endorsed Andy McKenna for
governor today, saying the former state GOP chairman is part of a “new
generation of leaders” that would reverse the effects of the state’s
one-party Democratic rule.

came into office, but when it comes to taxes and spending, Pat Quinn is
Rod Blagojevich with a little bit less hair.”
